Denise A. DaPrile-Ragoza

Denise A. DaPrile-Ragoza is a seasoned attorney with the firm and practices workers’ compensation defense throughout the state or New Jersey.

Ms. Ragoza has extensive experience in highly contested workers’ compensation matters and has been an active trial attorney throughout New Jersey for the past 25 years. Additionally, she counsels clients in the workers’ compensation process on how they can modify business practices and procedures to correctly handle workers’ compensation claims.  She also effectively counsels clients on the proper procedure to proceed with their workers’ compensation claims, with a concentration on each individual’s personal circumstances.

Ms. Ragoza’s practice in the area of litigation defense is extensive.  She attended Seton Hall University undergraduate school with majors in Communication and English.  Thereafter, she attended Seton Hall Law School where she obtained her juris doctorate in 1991.  While in school she worked for Newark/Essex Legal Services, providing legal services to those in need.

She has worked over the past two decades at providing legal service to those in need and attempts to assist others in balancing those needs with present circumstances.

Gary Robbins

Gary Robbins is a Senior Associate at the firm’s Long Island office.

 

Mr. Robbins was admitted to the New York bar in 1997.

 

He graduated cum laude from SUNY New Paltz with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1992. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1997.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Robbins was General Counsel for a national facilities maintenance company, where he was responsible for all legal, compliance, regulatory, licensing and insurance matters. Mr. Robbins began his legal career as an associate in a mid-sized insurance defense firm in NYC, where he represented various insurance carriers, construction companies, retailers and municipalities.

 

Mr. Robbins focuses his practice on the defense of matters involving general liability, premises liability, motor vehicle liability, property damage claims, and New York Labor Law.

Paul A. Lefebvre

Paul A. Lefebvre focuses his practice on civil litigation defending clients in matters including general liability, premises liability, product liability, automobile liability, condominium/community association liability, dram shop/liquor liability as well as defending physicians, nurse, hospitals, and health care systems in medical malpractice matters.  He has experience in all aspects of litigation from discovery and depositions through jury selection and trial.

Mr. Lefebvre earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University in 1992.  He subsequently earned his juris doctor from Widener University School of Law in 1995.  Mr. Lefebvre has spent his entire legal career practicing civil defense litigation.  He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Kathleen T. Dilts

Kathleen T. Dilts, Esq. is an experienced litigation associate specializing in the defense of general liability, premises and automotive liability, and professional malpractice cases. Kathleen previously worked at both plaintiffs’ and insurance defense firms before joining Sobel Pevzner, providing her with a unique understanding of the needs of all parties and enabling her to manage and resolve complex cases as efficiently as possible.

 

Kathleen graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2008, with a B.A. in Psychology. She began her career in the healthcare industry, then subsequently attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2019. She is admitted to practice in the State courts of both New Jersey and California, as well as the Federal District of New Jersey.

William (Billy) Reinhardt was admitted to the New York State bar in 2024. Billy received his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University (Class of 2023) and holds an undergraduate degree in Applied Accounting & Finance from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business (Class of 2019).

Tony Orlich

Mr. Orlich is an associate with the firm. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as the Eastern District of New York.  He focuses his practice in the area of general liability including  premises liability, amusements, sports and recreation, automobile, labor law, construction and general negligence. He has represented numerus clients in all aspects of the litigation process including mediation and arbitration. 

 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Orlich was an associate at a boutique litigation firm in NYC where he focused his practice on products liability, aviation litigation, and commercial litigation. Upon graduating law school, Mr. Orlich was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Manuel J. Mendez in the Supreme Court of New York, New York County.  

 

Mr. Orlich graduated from St. John’s University, magna cum laude, in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in International Studies. Thereafter, he attended Fordham Law School where he obtained his juris doctor, graduating in 2016.  

Marc Lim

Marc Lim is an associate of the firm who is admitted to practice in the State of New York. He currently practices in the areas of general liability including premises liability, automobile liability, construction, and general negligence for insurance carriers in New York State.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association as well as the New York City Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a large insurance carrier focusing on employment practices liability claims, conducting insurance coverage analysis, risk management and evaluations, and participating in the mediation process.

Mr. Lim obtained his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 2017, graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Finance and a minor in Sustainability Studies in 2013.
