Ron Siegel has over 45 years of experience in representing parties before the New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation. He has represented both employers and employees overseeing thousands of workers’ compensation cases including appearing on appeals before the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court. These claims included all types of orthopedic injuries, cardiac disability, allegations of severe pulmonary injury, asbestos related mesothelioma, and varied claims of alleged cancer-related disability.
He was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1978. In the early part of Mr. Siegel’s legal career, he was a member of the Baltimore, Maryland Public Defender’s Office where he represented indigent defendants in a variety of criminal matters, including major felony offenses.
He has been a guest lecturer at seminars for flight attendants of a major airline. He has also lectured at numerous seminars directed at insurance carriers, self-insureds, and third-party administrators. In addition, at the request of one of the Supervising Judges of Compensation, he has lectured at several annual New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation Law Day Seminars.
During his extensive legal career, he has gained useful insights into what a successful representation encompasses. Mr. Siegel approaches every file with the same tenacity and determination, making sure that no stone is left unturned. Nicole Licata-McCord was admitted to the New York bar in 2003 and to the Federal Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts in 2005. She has previously worked as a litigation associate for an insurance defense firm, where she represented various insurance carriers, retail corporations and municipal entities. Her areas of specialty include premises liability, motor vehicle liability, governmental/municipal liability, New York Labor Law, property damage claims and appellate advocacy. She graduated cum laude from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies and political Science. She received her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law.
Geetpreet Singh Gill is an associate who currently practices in the areas of general liability, premises liability, automobile liability, property damage, contract law, and general negligence for insurance carriers in New York State. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the New York City Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in all aspects of civil-commercial litigation. He has also worked as an associate at a law firm in India, where he practiced in the areas of administrative, constitutional, contract and general corporate law.
Mr. Gill received his Master of Laws (LL.M) from Cornell Law School in 2021. He graduated from the University of Delhi with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2013. He received his Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) from the University of Delhi in 2017.
Mr. Gill is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.
Paul A. Lefebvre focuses his practice on civil litigation defending clients in matters including general liability, premises liability, product liability, automobile liability, condominium/community association liability, dram shop/liquor liability as well as defending physicians, nurse, hospitals, and health care systems in medical malpractice matters. He has experience in all aspects of litigation from discovery and depositions through jury selection and trial.
Mr. Lefebvre earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University in 1992. He subsequently earned his juris doctor from Widener University School of Law in 1995. Mr. Lefebvre has spent his entire legal career practicing civil defense litigation. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Mr. Orlich is an associate with the firm. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as the Eastern District of New York. He focuses his practice in the area of general liability including premises liability, amusements, sports and recreation, automobile, labor law, construction and general negligence. He has represented numerus clients in all aspects of the litigation process including mediation and arbitration.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Orlich was an associate at a boutique litigation firm in NYC where he focused his practice on products liability, aviation litigation, and commercial litigation. Upon graduating law school, Mr. Orlich was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Manuel J. Mendez in the Supreme Court of New York, New York County.
Mr. Orlich graduated from St. John’s University, magna cum laude, in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in International Studies. Thereafter, he attended Fordham Law School where he obtained his juris doctor, graduating in 2016.
Marc Lim is an associate of the firm who is admitted to practice in the State of New York. He currently practices in the areas of general liability including premises liability, automobile liability, construction, and general negligence for insurance carriers in New York State. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association as well as the New York City Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a large insurance carrier focusing on employment practices liability claims, conducting insurance coverage analysis, risk management and evaluations, and participating in the mediation process.
Mr. Lim obtained his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 2017, graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Finance and a minor in Sustainability Studies in 2013.
Gary Robbins is a Senior Associate at the firm’s Long Island office.
Mr. Robbins was admitted to the New York bar in 1997.
He graduated cum laude from SUNY New Paltz with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1992. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1997.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Robbins was General Counsel for a national facilities maintenance company, where he was responsible for all legal, compliance, regulatory, licensing and insurance matters. Mr. Robbins began his legal career as an associate in a mid-sized insurance defense firm in NYC, where he represented various insurance carriers, construction companies, retailers and municipalities.
Mr. Robbins focuses his practice on the defense of matters involving general liability, premises liability, motor vehicle liability, property damage claims, and New York Labor Law.
