Nicole Licata-McCord was admitted to the New York bar in 2003 and to the Federal Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts in 2005. She has previously worked as a litigation associate for an insurance defense firm, where she represented various insurance carriers, retail corporations and municipal entities. Her areas of specialty include premises liability, motor vehicle liability, governmental/municipal liability, New York Labor Law, property damage claims and appellate advocacy. She graduated cum laude from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies and political Science. She received her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law.
