Ron Siegel has over 45 years of experience in representing parties before the New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation. He has represented both employers and employees overseeing thousands of workers’ compensation cases including appearing on appeals before the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court. These claims included all types of orthopedic injuries, cardiac disability, allegations of severe pulmonary injury, asbestos related mesothelioma, and varied claims of alleged cancer-related disability.
He was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1978. In the early part of Mr. Siegel’s legal career, he was a member of the Baltimore, Maryland Public Defender’s Office where he represented indigent defendants in a variety of criminal matters, including major felony offenses.
He has been a guest lecturer at seminars for flight attendants of a major airline. He has also lectured at numerous seminars directed at insurance carriers, self-insureds, and third-party administrators. In addition, at the request of one of the Supervising Judges of Compensation, he has lectured at several annual New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation Law Day Seminars.
